I would like to get in contact with Colonel Francis J. Kelly, (Ret.). I was his weather man during the Vietnam war in ' 66 when he commanded 5thSFG at Nha Trang. One of the highlights of my military career was the time I spent under the influence of Colonel Kelly's leadership and encouragement. He used to call me "Young Spivey".
